
Working Principle
ABS vacuum forming machine is a kind of professional equipment for processing ABS sheet, and the simple process is divided into the following three parts:
Heating and softening: the ABS sheet is heated to a soft state by a heating device, and the specific temperature varies according to the thickness of the ABS sheet and the degree of stretching of the product.
Vacuum adsorption: after the sheet is softened, there will be a bubble blowing process, which is mainly to ensure that the product after vacuum forming of different parts of the thickness of the uniformity of the product, followed by the use of vacuum pumps to pump out the air inside the mould, the formation of a negative pressure, so that the softening of the ABS sheet in the atmospheric pressure under the action of the surface of the mould to closely affixed.
Cooling: After vacuum adsorption, the mould and plate are cooled by the cooling system, so that the ABS plate will be cooled and shaped rapidly, and finally get the required shape of the product.
